I would love to hire this mom to style all my shoots, she did such a great job picking out outfits for her family! We had a blast at the park downtown enjoying the first bit of Fall.
I did a newborn session for this sweet family a year ago and I couldn’t believe it when they told me it was time for his one year session. He has grown into such a smart and active little guy! We had so much fun exploring the park and catching up!
I have been looking forward to doing these pictures for months! This family is a special one to me because the littlest gal was one of my doula babies. She came roaring into the world just a few minutes after we got to the hospital. Doing this family session reaffirmed for me how she was the perfect piece to this adorable family puzzle. The boys are doing great in their roles as big brothers. They handle their sister with such love and care. I could seriously adopt all these kids and love them like my own!
What an amazingly sleepy boy, he barely woke up the entire time! The theme for his nursery was Where the Wild Things Are and we made sure to work that into his session as well. I LOVE this little crown!
I loved this session so much! It was gray and dreary all day and I was worried we might need to reschedule if the sky opened up, but surprisingly, the sun came out and it ended up being a gorgeous day. I rarely do pictures in this particular park because I photograph so many children and they are often enthralled by the ducks, the lake, all the people and animals and fun things going by, so I was happy to have a chance to spend time there with adults (who luckily, were not as easily distracted). It was hot and she was in heels, but she didn’t blink when I suggested climbing on the rocks to get some of these images. I love what we ended up with!
